BLOOMFIELD, NJ - Bloomfield Police report that a vehicle parked in front of a Broad St. diner had two tires slashed Thursday night while the owner was dining with his family.

According to the Bloomfield Police Department, three black males were seen by the truck shouting "F**ck Trump." The department is actively actively investigating the incident.  According to the victim, Larry LoSchiavo Jr., they looked like they were "not even 15 years old."

LoSchiavo Jr was out to dinner last night at the Nevada diner as guests of his daughter and her fiance  The evening was planned as a "Trump Victory Dinner." LoSchiavo always parks his truck so that it can be seen from the windows of the diner.  The side of the vehicle that was targeted was not visible from the diner.

After leaving the diner, LoSchiavo said that as soon as he started driving he knew something was wrong. That is when he noticed the damage to the tires of his 2006 Ford F-150. The cost of the tires is believed to be in excess of $250 each. In daylight, residue from spit was seen on the driver's side door of the vehicle.

The victim stated that this is about the twelfth time that something has happened to his truck. The vehicle has been keyed and shows other damage that makes it look like a "work truck."

This past summer LoSchiavo was the victim of a rock throwing incident in Montclair on Bloomfield Ave. At the time, his wife was a passenger. and "we were out for a drive, like teenagers." When they approached the intersection near the Shell station. A group of kids started yelling "F**k Trump and threw a rock that hit the passenger side door panel. A report of that incident was made to the Montclair police department.

The truck is well known in the township as it has numerous Trump supports signs. The truck also sports flags supporting Trump, the American Flag, and the flags of various branches of the military. LoSchiavo explained that this support for Trump grew out of his frustrations that "politicians get in there and don't do anything."

LoSchiavo has been the subject of critical posts in Blooomfield facebook groups. He believes that those statements may have led to some of the anger that has been directed toward him.Other members of the community have come out with offers small cash donations to help the father of nine get new tires.
