SPARTA, NJ – You have worked hard, raised your family and are starting to think about what’s next.  That’s as far as you get; many questions but not a lot of answers.  There is a program for that.

On Sunday, April 17 people are welcome to bring their questions to the St Moritz for lunch and a casual conversation with Lynn and Glenn Garafola Team Next Builders, RE/MAX realtors.  The discussion will begin at 1 p.m. covering topics such as where to look to when it’s time to downsize and find lower property taxes, how to go about deciding on a second or vacation home whether it is by the beach, in the mountains or on the golf course.

Lynn Garafola said, “This idea came about because often times I have people say to me, ‘I would really love to move.  I just don't know where to go.’ Or, ‘I would love to buy a home in a warmer climate but I don't know where to start.’ Or, ‘It's too expensive to retire in New Jersey.  We want to find a cheaper place to live when we retire.’”
