Police determined Daddas to have a Superior Court Warrant in Sussex County.

The 24-year-old Hamburg resident claimed to be the victim of theft.  Detectives investigated and found DeLuca had actually been involved in an illegal drug deal.  She lost the money as a result of the transaction.  After losing the money DeLuca provided false information to law enforcement resulting in charges for filing a false police report.

Ronald W Sahli was also arrested in connection with the false report.   Subsequent investigation found the 47-year-old Franklin man allegedly took the money, knowing it did not belong to him.  He was charged with one count of theft.

These criminal charges are mere accusations. Each defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
