Join us on Saturday, July 28 at 7:00 am at the Lake Mohawk Country Club for the 9th annual Pass It Along Triathlon! Participants from across the area will come together to swim, bike and run around Lake Mohawk to raise funds to keep our programs free for teens in our area! This triathlon is perfect for ALL athletes, ranging from beginner to expert. With two course options to choose from, you can find the right fit for your abilites!
Here are the courses:
swim 400m (.25 miles)
bike 17k (10.8 miles)
run 5k (3.1 miles)
swim 1500m (.9 miles)
bike 34.7k (21.6 miles/2 loops)
run 10k (6.2 miles)
Don't want to do it alone? You can participate as a relay team. A relay team may consist of two to three participants. Options are also available for individuals that would like to participate in only some parts of the race, individuals looking for relay team member(s), and individuals that would like to have a swim angel!
Remember, this event sells out quickly and registration is closed at 350 entries so it is important to register as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
