Sparta Police: Dump Truck Load of Soil Tested for Contaminants

SPARTA, NJ – The contents of dump truck stopped for a number of motor vehicle violations is being tested for contaminates.  On April 10 around 10:30 a.m. Cpl. Craig Grauerholz stopped a dump truck for having an expired registration, police report.

The truck had the name Sinai Trucking.  The insurance did not list the driver Juan Galarza-Guerrero as an authorized driver.  ...

SPARTA, NJ – A Hillside man stopped for speeding on Route 15 was picked up on an outstanding warrant.  On April 10 around 9:40 a.m. Officer Brian Porter stopped Luis Prieto-Melgarejo, 31, for going 71 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, police report.
