SPARTA, NJ – A Connecticut man is facing drug charges after getting stopped for speeding on Route 15 north.  On July 4, around 5 p.m. Office Brian Porter stopped Hector Santiago, 28 for going 84 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, police said.
