SPARTA, NJ- A Riverdale woman was stopped after police were alerted to an erratic driver on Route 15 north.  On September 17 around 8:15 p.m. Officer Matt Pletcher found Tracy Vayda, 31 driving a white Volkswagen Jetta, police said.
