SPARTA, NJ- A man found sleeping in Sparta Glen has been charged with drunk driving.  On November 30 around 10 p.m. Officer Chris Schanstra was sweeping the park when he found Branchville resident Ryan Bode, 42, behind the wheel of a black Nissan Titan, police said.
