SPARTA, NJ – A Sussex man is in custody on outstanding warrants and new traffic charges.   On March 18 around 9:20 p.m. Sparta Police Officer Erick Finley pulled over Gilvanio Ferraz because a check of his registration showed he had multiple outstanding warrants, according to police.
