Franklin Borough Police Make Crack and Heroin Arrests

FRANKLIN, NJ — Three men, stopped for traffic violations were found to have 12 bags of crack and 97 bags of heroin. On August 19 around 11:40 a.m. Officer Nicholas Della Fera stopped Mark Houghtaling of Wantage, Christopher Hillery of Pine Island, New York and Christopher Delgaudio of Sussex at the Burger King on Route 23.

Sparta Police: Sparta Man Stopped for Speeding Gets Drug Charge

SPARTA,  NJ – A Sparta man is facing drug charges after getting stopped for speeding on Route 15.  On August 9 around midnight, Sparta Police Officer Thomas Herd stopped Jordan Proctor, 20 in a white Volvo SUV for going 78 MPH in a 55 MPH and driving in the left lane, police report.
