SUSSEX, NJ The Sussex County officials reported on September 24 there were 43 new cases of COVID-19 and no additional deaths.

As of September 24, there were a total of 16,445 cases of COVID-19 in the county, 318 deaths and 15,583 recovered coronavirus patients. Six prior reported positive cases have been re-assigned out of the county.

SPARTA, NJ – An anonymous call to the Sparta Police Department led to the arrest of a Sparta man in Station Park. On September 11 around 9 p.m. Officer Jon Poon responded to the report and found Peter Chlodnicki, 55 sitting in a car, police said.
