SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – The Sussex County Department of Health Director James McDonald released updated COVID-19 patient information for Tuesday, March 24.

The total for the county now stands at 22.  The new patients include:

  • Branchville Borough, 22, male,
  • Sparta Township, 46, female,
  • Stanhope Borough, 46, male,
  • Sparta Township, 72, female,
  • Hamburg Borough, 47, male,
  • Frankford Township, 55, male,
  • Hardyston Township, 75, male

The New Jersey Department of Health updated their dashboard* at 2 p.m. on March 24.  The total number of confirmed cases in New Jersey is 3,675 with 44 deaths.

  • Bergen County has the most number of cases with 701,
  • Essex County 342,
  • Monmouth County 288,
  • Middlesex County 277,
  • Union County 246,
  • Hudson County 234,

  • Mercer County 58,
