Housewives Star Identified as Owner of Burning Car Found with Dead Bodies

PATERSON, N.J. - According to multiple reports the burning car that was found in Paterson on Friday with two unidentified male bodies is registered to Housewives of NJ alum Kim DePaola.

Around 2 a.m. Friday morning police and fire  officials arrived to the scene of a burning Audi near the 500 block of East 28th Street in Paterson.

Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the flames and upon completion two bodies were observed inside the vehicle with gun shot wounds to their heads. The bodies were burned beyond recognition and so far the victims have not been identified.

TMZ reported that the Audi was registered to DePaola but it was primarily driven by her son Chris. Chris was reportedly dropped off at the airport in the car by some friends, who were then supposed to return it to his house. Chris had trouble contacting his friends after traveling to his destination and have not heard from them since, making media outlets speculate they may be the victims.

There is an ongoing investigation. To view the full press release from the Paterson police department click here: https://www.tapinto.net/towns/paterson/articles/firefighters-find-two-bodies-after-extinguishing
