Finley determined Sweeny had been drinking alcohol in her car just before she crashed, police said.

A witness told the officer he saw the accident in his rear view mirror.  The witness said he saw the CR-V veer across to the wrong side of the road and back again before crashing, police said.

Sweeny was charged with driving while intoxicated, open container in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, failure to keep right, delaying traffic.  Sweeny was treated and released from Morristown Medical Center and served with the paperwork on February 4.  She was given a court date.
