SPARTA, NJ- The girls basketball team crushed Morris Hills 54-18 on Tuesday.  Playing at home the Spartans were led by Ally Sweeney who put up 15 points.

Alexa Acker contributed on both ends of the court with 15 points and 14 rebounds.  She also blocked five shots.

Mason Munier had nine points, Bryn McCurry contributed eight.  Olivia Bouma-Hannam, Shauna Ryan, Rylee Munier and Courtney Askin all added to the win.

The 20-4 Sparta girls will play in the final round of the tri-county tournament at Centenary College on February 28 starting at 5 p.m. From there they will go to against Morris Hills again in the NJSIAA first round of the North 1, Group 3 tournament.
