SPRINGFIELD, NJ - Matt Applebaum, lifelong resident of Springfield, has reopened the restaurant on Evergreen Road formerly known as the Evergreen Deli as Apple’s Deli and Catering. The address is 529 Springfield Avenue.

Matt says he is offering good food at good prices.”  Business has been good just through word of mouth. Matt said that he “… is very happy.  The support of the town has been great. It is everything I have ever hoped for.”  They just celebrated their first week in business.  

Daily specials are varied and many and include chicken Milanese Sandwich, Cuban Sandwich, Pan Fried Pork Chop with sautéed onions, etc. Also offered are breakfast sandwiches, Sloppy Joe Platters, and a full catering menu.  For more details see www.applesnj.com.

Apple’s Deli and Catering is open Monday through Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m, and they deliver.
