Arthouse Film Festival has hosted 1,174 movie premieres with 1,110 live guest appearances over the past 26 years.  Oscar winners and nominees Danny Aiello, Alan Arkin, Jesse Eisenberg, Ethan Hawke, Melissa Leo, Viggo Mortensen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Mary Stuart Masterson and many others have joined us as guest speakers.

If you're not one of the thousands of New Jersey film buffs who have attended, just imagine seeing a festival-winning gem before release to the public, then the lights come up, and there in front of you are the creators of the film, ready to answer questions and discuss their work.

Last fall, we premiered LION, THE SALESMAN, A MAN CALLED OVE and many more outstanding films which went on to receive numerous awards.

Union County, N.J. Horse Farm Quarantined, 1st Case of EHM In State In '18

TRENTON, N.J. – The New Jersey Department of Agriculture has quarantined a property in Union County after a horse developed the highly infectious equine herpes myeloencephalopathy (EHM). EHM is the often deadly neurologic form of Equine Herpes Virus (EHV-1) infection. No recent movement had occurred at the index property prior to this case.
