SPRINGFIELD, NJ - El Lechon de Negron, an authentic Puerto Rican-style cuisine food truck made their debut at the weekly Farmer’s Market in front of the Springfield Free Public Library.
Run by Tiffany Negron and her family, El Lechon de Negron is an extension of their restaurant on Magie Street in Union.
The market’s newest vendor will appear on July 24 and 31, as well as August 14 and 21, September 18, and October 2, 16, 23 and 30.
Other vendors include two farms providing fresh picked produce and Barbara’s Kitchen, which is stocked with many different salsas and jams and local honey.
Springfield’s Farmers’ Market is scheduled every Mondays through October on the front lawn of the Springfield Free Public Library from 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
