Dayton Boys Soccer Back on the Winning Track with 4-0 Victory at Linden

LINDEN, NJ – The Jonathan Dayton boys soccer team visited Linden Tuesday and came away with a 4-0 victory.

Captain Anthony Nagy led the Bulldogs with two goals.  Diogo Barros and Jagger Kebea each added another goal.

Scott Maran distributed two assists and Barros had one.

The Bulldog’s goalie, Will Hodic, turned away all six shots and came away with another shut-out.  Linden’s goalie, Daniel Rodrigues, faced 12 shots.

The victory pushed Dayton’s record to 9-3-1 for the season and 4-2 in the division.

Next up for the Bulldogs are two non-division home games.  On Thursday, Hillside High School visits Dayton at 4:00 p.m.  On Friday, Governor Livingston faces the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. is Springfield’s free daily news source.
