SPRINGFIELD, NJ – The Jonathan Dayton girls soccer team faced division rival Kent Place School Tuesday and won the game 2-0 scoring a goal in each half.

Dayton seemed stronger on both sides of the ball.  They took more shots on goal in the game and they kept the ball out of their net.

For the game, the Bulldogs took 13 shots on goal and Kent Place took ten shots.

Senior Sophie Pleva assisted on both goals.  The players getting a goal were Mia Eibschutz and Carina Servello.  Jordan Sievert was in goal and gets credit for another shut-out.

The win pushes Dayton’s record to 5-6-1 and 2-3-1 and tied with Kent Place.
