SPRINGFIELD, NJ - On Tuesday October 10 the Farmers Insurance office at 26 Millburn Avenue in Springfield officially opened. The ribbon was cut by Millburn Mayor Cheryl Burstein in a ceremony jointly organized by Millburn and Springfield Patriot Chambers of Commerce.

Rosa Rosales-Szulewski is the Manager and she has been with Farmers for three years after a long career in retail management with Sears, Macys and Avon.  At one point she was responsible for seven hundred Avon salespeople. She is licensed to sell property and casualty, life and health insurance.

Rosa’s husband was the person who got her to think about a career in insurance. She liked the idea because she feels she is “...very much a people person”.  She started with a life insurance company, but found that customers were also interested in home and auto insurance so she made the switch to Farmers.
