Friends and Family Week at the Max Challenge!


We are NOT allowing those around us to get off track by hibernating this winter!  We invite YOU to be our guest at the Max Challenge of Springfield-Union and New Providence to get YOUR body ready for the summer!!
This week, February 13 -17, we are opening our doors to everyone.

That's right, EVERYONE is welcome!!

Our March Challenge is right around the corner, and there are VERY LIMITED spots on the mat at our popular class times.  So, if you've ever considered checking out one of the most effective fitness, nutrition, and motivational programs in the area- now is the time!   You can work out all week, and it's on us.  

Either give us a call at (908) 206-0006 or just come on in to one of our classes at the Union location (2033 Morris Ave.) at 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9:30am, or 5, 6:15, 7:10, or 8:30pm.  

Or at the New Providence location (1275 Springfield Ave.) at 5, 6, 7, 8:30, 9:30am or 6:30 and 7:30pm.

Three School Buses Involved in Crash at Clark's ALJ High School

CLARK, NJ — Three buses collided in the Arthur L. Johnson High School parking lot around noon on Thursday in a chain-reaction crash. 

Students were on board at the time, according to Police Chief Pedro Matos. One driver and two students had minor injuries, Matos said.

UNION, NJ – A CodeRed alert about road construction, the resulting congestion, and what can be expected, was sent to residents Tuesday morning.

The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders is pleased to announce the return of Shakespeare in the Park this summer. The first performance will be presented on Sunday, July 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the Raymond Wood Bauer Promenade in Linden.
