AMP Yoga Studio 's grand opening is March 4th! We are located in the newly renovated plaza at 223 Mountain Avenue right next to Valley National Bank. We will be offering a day of free yoga classes, food, and prizes. Our general classes include; mat Pilates, Vinyasa yoga, Beginner's yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, Bootcamp Yoga, and gentle yoga classes. We are working on a part-time acupuncturist and massage therapist. We also are certfied in healing services such as Reiki, Meditation, and Past-life regression.
