Hetherington, president of Howard Community College. Dr. Hetherington arranged for the team to meet with members of the faculty, staff, students, and boards to conduct the assessment and to confirm that the College met the requirements of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education’s seven Standards for Accreditation.
