Mountainside Restoration Committee Estate Sale Fund-raiser Slated for May 18, 19

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ – The Mountainside Restoration Committee’s MRC Estate Sales division will be conducting an Estate Sale to raise funds for the maintenance and restoration of the historic Deacon Andrew Hetfield House and The Levi Cory House. The estate sale will be held on Friday and Saturday, May 18 & 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  at 296 Meetinghouse Lane,  Mountainside.

This estate sale is full of beautiful mid-century furniture including a large 3-door wardrobe, mirrored bar, night stand, side table and coffee table; deco glassware; 1930’s dining room set, bedroom set, chandelier and deco arm chairs; 1940s glassware; industrial chair; painted bookshelf; an Archer piano; walnut kitchen set (1900); roll top desk; and numerous other household items. MRC Estate Sales are conducted by trusted volunteer Antiques Experts and Estate Sale Professionals with 30 years of estate sale experience. What’s more, all commissions benefit the Mountainside Restoration Committee.  MRC Estate Sales was created to give back to the community and raise additional funds to help preserve and restore local history.  The reasonable commission percentage of sales will go directly to the Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. which is a 501(c)3 charity

The Mountainside Restoration Committee is a committee of volunteers whose purpose is to restore and maintain the Deacon Andrew Hetfield House and the Levi Cory House and collect and save historic information and items from destruction. Three School Buses Involved in Crash at Clark's ALJ High School

CLARK, NJ — Three buses collided in the Arthur L. Johnson High School parking lot around noon on Thursday in a chain-reaction crash.
