BORDENTOWN, N.J. — The 2018 New Jersey 4‑H Equine Presentations Contest was held on March 18 at the Rutgers EcoComplex.

By learning to give presentations and demonstrations, 4‑H'ers gain self-confidence and speaking abilities that are valuable in life situations such as school, the work place and the community.

Participation in the Equine Presentation Project helps youth develop skills in research, organization and public speaking. Ideas, interests and talents are shared with peers. Club members also learn about working with others when giving a Team Presentation.
