SPRINGFIELD, NJ - Wednesday’s meeting was abbreviated as the Church Mall Project was rescheduled. It will be re-noticed for the December meeting. It was announced that the application for a Wawa convenience store and gas pumps would be presented at the November 1 meeting. The location of Wawa is proposed for Morris Avenue on the corner of Cleveland Place across from the Chipotle currently being constructed.

Two cell tower upgrades were presented by David H.Soloway of Vogel, Chait, Collins and Schneider representing Verizon Wireless. Both monopoles will have six out of nine transmitters replaced on their respective monopoles. The addresses are One Cornell Parkway and 51 Brown Avenue. Both applications were approved.

Two new members were seated at the Planning Board meeting, Tara Benigno and Silviene Grzbowski.
