Springfield Township Board of Adjustment – Reorganization Meeting January 17

Board of Adjustment Credits: Ellen Dickson

SPRINGFIELD, NJ - The Board convened to vote in the new team for 2017. Anthony Fonseca was affirmed as Chair and Greg Roth as Vice Chair. The Board Engineer, Arthur Elias, will return again this year as will Board Planner Robert Michaels. The nomination of Glenn Kienz for Board attorney did not receive enough votes, so Keith Loughlin’s name was submitted. He passed with a majority on a roll call vote.

Jennifer Law will continue on as Board Secretary and Sam Mardini as Assistant Board Secretary. Zoning Board members Cunningham and Cohen are new to the Board and this was their first meeting.

The Board of Adjustment meets on the third Tuesday of the month at the Municipal building. At this time the agenda for next month’s meeting appears to be light.
