SPRINGFIELD, NJ - The weather was perfect, and the day started early with a Veteran’s 5K race at 9 a.m. There was a ceremony honoring Veteran’s after the race. The Fall Festival got underway at 11 a.m. The crowds enjoyed vintage and high end collectible cars, carnival rides and a music festival.

The Model Railroad Club had a presentation and many vendors lined Mountain Avenue.

The Democrat and Republican parties had booths with their candidate in attendance. Lieutenant Governor and Gubernatorial candidate  Kim Guadagno arrived at 1 p.m. to greet residents.
