Springfield’s Yo Addiction Helps Jonathan Dayton’s Project Graduation

SPRINGFIELD, NJ - Paul Marzarella is the owner of Yo Addiction on Rt. 22 in Springfield. It has been operating for five years in this location. This weekend and one weekend a month until graduation he will donate twenty percent of his proceeds to help fund Project Graduation.

Paul has a long history in Springfield.  He attended St. James Elementary School and relatives have owned pizza parlors in town. He works closely with the schools, often catering the ice cream socials, providing free frozen yogurt to the sports concessions stands and to his favorite charity, Project Graduation.

Project Graduation helps fund many of the events surrounding the high school graduation. As Marzarella stated, “When you do a lot for the community they reciprocate. It is a partnership”.  Maybe this is the reason his “self serve yogurt lounge“ is still operating when others in town have gone out of business.

Yo Addiction’s frozen yogurt bar has many different self serve flavors and toppings. Hard ice cream is also available. The shop is very colorful and inviting and a favorite for the residents of Springfield and surrounding towns. Its address is 100 Rt. 22 in the center between the west and east bound lanes.
