MILLBURN, NJ - The Millburn Library is pleased to welcome two piano prodigies, who will take the stage at the Millburn Library for a one-time performance on Saturday, September 16 at 2:30 p.m.  Annamarie Collins, age 15, and Susanna Collins, 13, are pianists from Philadelphia, PA. Both girls have played duets and solo pieces in recitals and performances in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Tennessee. Recently, they were selected by Golden Key to perform in a concert in Carnegie Hall in New York, and later to play in concerts in Mozarthaus and famous Ehrbar Hall, where Johannes Brahms, and Gustav Mahler performed, in Salzburg and Vienna, Austria.

Annamarie is a sophomore at J. R. Masterman High School, a nationally ranked “Gold Medal” school, where she enjoys studying science, especially biology, and in her free time likes reading, running, and skiing with her friends. Susanna attends the J. R. Masterman High School as a freshman, and likes learning about history and science. She enjoys reading and drawing, frisbee and singing, cooking and eating. Both have just completed programs in engineering at Temple University, and chamber music and piano coaching at the Philadelphia International Music Festival, in order to further their art, and explore more sophisticated and subtle ways of abusing each other. They look forward to meeting the audience after the performance.

This program is free to all and is appropriate for all ages. The Millburn Library is located at 200 Glen Ave., Millburn, NJ 07041 and can be reached at 973-376-1006.
