On Friday night, December 30, Temple Sha'arey Shalom, Springfield, celebrated A Greek Chanukah, featuring a concert of Middle Eastern music provided by our own Cantor Amy Daniels and her family band: brother Marty Eisenstein on guitar and the cousins: Mikela Eisenstein on bazouki and oud, Jacob Daniels on percussion and Gabe Daniels on piano. Cantor Daniels is shown at right. The congregation also enjoyed our traditional Chanukah light-in; everyone brought their family menorahs and lit them together as part of the service.
