SPRINGFIELD, NJ – This week features many Union County Conference Tournaments.  The golf teams play Monday at Galloping Hills Training Center and the Bulldogs are hoping to win the tournament for the second year on a row.  The Dayton softball and baseball teams play at least one more game in their tournaments.  The library is having a fundraiser “Friends Spring Sale” featuring books for children and young adults and fashion accessories.  It runs Wednesday through Saturday.  The Township has a Township Committee meeting moved up to this week and is offering expanded recycling and shredding at the Community Pool on Saturday.  There is lots more going on at the schools, in town and at the library.
