Township of Springfield's 2017 Holiday Celebration is Wednesday Starting at 5 PM

SPRINGFIELD, NJ - The Township of Springfield's annual Holiday Celebration for 2017 sponsored by the Springfield Recreation Department will be held Wednesday December 6.  The event starts at 5 p.m. and festivities end at 8 p.m.
The festivities are free and include the tree lighting, pictures with Santa (bring your own camera), a winter wonderland band and toy soldier on stilts.  There will also be a petting zoo, horse and carriage rides, a jungle fun inflatable,  and strolling Olaf.  Hot pretzels, treats and hot drinks will be available.
Again the event is free and participants are asked to consider donating to the Springfield H.O.P.E. and Holy Cross Lutheran Church.  They will make sure the monetary and food donations get to those in need.
