Union County Honors Brigadeer General Edward Crystal of Scotch Plains

UNION COUNTY, NJ -- Union County Freeholder Chairman Bruce H. Bergen, Vice Chair Sergio Granados and Freeholder Alexander Mirabella on Thursday presented Edward J.
