I strongly urge all registered Democrats or Unaffiliated to vote for Peter Jacob in the NJ-7 primary on 6/5. Peter has name recognition and the experience running one of the most cost effective congressional campaigns in the U.S. during 2016, an example that he walks the talk to get big money out of politics. In addition, his support for health care for all, a $15 minimum wage, free tuition at public universities and a social safety net that works distinguishes Peter from his progressive in name only opponents.

For a complete synopsis of his position on issues visit his website: https://www.jacob2018.com/issues/.

2016 wasn’t business as usual for the GOP machine in NJ7 because it was at a loss to wage a negative campaign and as a result Peter achieved the best results for the Democratic Party against this incumbent ever (43%).

Peter is the only NJ7 Democratic candidate endorsed by Bernie Sanders (and other progressive organizations like Justice Democrats, Progressive Democrats of America, Brand New Congress) for his People's Platform which add to the aforementioned issues: End the Private Prison Industry, Equal Pay for Equal Work, Gender Equality, Protecting Net Neutrality, Strong Gun Safety Reforms, and more.

Our candidates’ goals and positions matter. How in touch they are regarding NJ7 issues matter. Who they accept campaign contributions matter. The values you express, and the candidates you support at the voting booth, matter. Please vote June 5 and support Peter Jacob.
