Fall Prevention

The annual Fall Prevention Forum with Overlook Medical Center will include experts teaching how to prevent a fall in and outside of the home. The forum will include a LifeStation medical alert devices display, an exercise demo, and free balance assessments, bone density screenings, and blood pressure checks.
