Salary Negotiation Workshop for Women--Free

The Summit College Club, a branch of AAUW, is celebrating 100 years with a FREE workshop for women in the workplace. The workshop, designed to help participants negotiate for a new job, raise, or promotion, will help women recognize their own value in the workplace, set an informed negotiating strategy, and formulate responses. It will run from 6 to 8 pm, followed by refreshments and networking, 8 to 9 pm. The event is based on AAUW's nationally used and acclaimed software, Work Smart. Sponsors include LWV of Berkeley Heights, New Providence, and Summit; NOW-NJ, the law firm of Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, and amazing.community.
