SPRINGFIELD, NJ - Tuesday afternoon, the newest business tennant in Springfield opened up their office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Norma Altman Realtors, currently owned by Hope and Jeff Rosenberg, celebrated the move with a ribbon-cutting and dedication fo their new office, located at 871 Mountain Ave., Suite 111. The business had previously operated in Millburn for the past ten years
“We are very excited to be able to blend a local tradition with a national powerhouse, and offer our clients the most sophisticated marketing tools our new digital world has to offer,” said Hope, the Owner and Broker of Record.
Norma Altman, the namesake for the company, started the community-based real estate agency over 50 years ago. In 2009, Hope took the reigns along with her partner and husband, Jeff.
The Rosenbergs live in Springfield and are familiar with every aspect of the town. Between the two of them, they have served on the town’s Board of Adjustments, Planning Board, Rent Leveling Board, are members of the Rotary Club and the Patriot Chamber of Commerce.
Additionally, both volunteer at the Senior Center and Chisolm Community Center during times of storm emergencies.
With the opening of the new location, they are looking to translate that community knowledge into sucess for their clients. Norma Altman is affiliated with Century 21 but is independently owned and operated, so the agency can tap into the resources of this global real estate powerhouse.
Along with serving Springfield, Norma Altman Realtors will also serve the surrounding towns. Explainging the policy, Jeff Rosenberg said, “In today’s digital world, town boundaries are not as restricting as they used to be.”
