SPRINGFIELD, NJ - Springfield Orthodontics did not have to go far to find their new building. About 184 feet to be exact.
The dental practice, which cut the ribbon on its new facility late last week, finds itself sitting at 173 Mountain Avenue, in a building much larger than the one they previously occupied.
TAPinto Springfield took a look at the inside of the new facility, filled with new technology and zero wasted space. The extra room is a benefit for the owners of the practice, Lee Kaswiner, DDS and Brett Handsman, DMD.
The two recently brought a third person, Dana Silagi, DDS, MS, on board, which made the move even more prudent.
"Fortunately, we've gotten busier over the years, Kaswiner said. "And our space just got tight. And then suddenly investors bank became available...so the building was available, we made an offer and the offer was accepted."
Among the amenities in the new location, the practice offers private consultation rooms, sinks for brushing, examination rooms and more.
Kaswiner also said that he was excited for the chance to remain part of the Springfield business community and that he was truly taking everything about the move in.
"The dental company that helped plan this office has built probably thousands of offices," Kaswiner said. "And as they were building it and as they were finishing it, they said to me that this is one of the nicest offices that they've ever built.
"So that, made me feel really happy, and made me realize just how special and lucky we are."
