Springfield First Aid Squad: 70 Years of Service in 2019, Neighbors Helping Neighbors

SPRINGFIELD, NJ - The Springfield First Aid Squad is a non-profit that runs 24/7 with a mostly volunteer crew of 75. A few are paid a per diem for hard to fill daytime shifts. Residents pay nothing out of pocket for a call or ambulance transport. Health insurance will reimburse and the Township pays the co-pay.
