SPRINGFIELD, NJ - Tonight marks the second meeting in as many weeks for the Springfield Township Committee. While the expectations lean toward a much quieter agenda than last week, there are still some things that will be taking place. keep reading to see what they are:

Springfield firemen Tom Balke and Aldo Pagnotta will both have their retirements accepted by the committee in a pair of separate resolutions. Additionally, ahed of the upcoming revaluation in town, the committee will be awarding a contract to Professional Property Appraisers Inc. for the job.

This evening's meeting also marks the second of four demonstrations of a new voting machine being used county-wide in the November elections. The demonstration will take place at the municipal building during the meeting, as people can see how the new machines work.
