HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - On Monday Oct. 15, The Springfield PBA Local #76 hosted their golf outing at Royce Brook Golf Club in Hillsborough NJ.  Despite some threatening weather forecasts, golfers showed up ready for a full day on the course.  The rain held off and participants enjoyed a fine day of golf. After 18 holes, guests enjoyed dinner and drinks while taking part in a tricky tray raffle and silent auction. Foursomes to Liberty National and Canoe Brook, a 60 in television, a YETI cooler and a TAG Heuer watch were just a few of the prizes that were given away.

The Samuel Lachs Memorial Trophy, awarded to the lowest scoring foursome, was won by Chris Feighner, Ryan Carr, Bill Stolting and Andrew Yasinski from the Mountainside PBA.  Sarah and Danny Lachs were on hand to present the trophy to the winners. Rob Tobia won the longest drive and Deron Cirillo was the winner of the closest to the pin competition. Dwayne Orrechio was awarded dinner for eight at the Outback Steakhouse of Springfield for winning the Outback closest to the flag contest.

The Springfield PBA would like to recognize our Tournament Sponsor, Nissan World of Springfield, as well as our other main sponsors: Autoland, The Lachs Family, Wine Library, and Capital Benefits. We are truly humbled and grateful for the support of all of our sponsors and golfers.
