Does the cooler weather have you craving chili? A bowl of red is a great way to warm up, and if the leftovers start to bore you, there are plenty of ways you can mix things up.
Make your favorite chili into totally different meals with these simple ideas:
Serve it Cincinnati-style* over spaghetti with shredded Cheddar cheese and chopped onions.
Make it part of a “baked potato bar,” letting everyone take a baked potato and top with chili as well as sour cream, cheese and chives as they like.
Serve it burrito-style with rice, cheese, sour cream and salsa in big flour tortillas.
Make ordinary hot dogs into chili dogs or chili cheese dogs.
Ladle it over nachos with some queso dip and guacamole.
