Bisogno Leads Toms River North 43-31 Over Southern Regional Girls Basketball Squad in Season Opener

TOMS RIVER - The Southern girls basketball team opened their season on Tuesday night against the preseason favorite to win the Class A South Conference title Toms River North.  Brielle Bisogno scored 15 points to lead Toms River North past Southern, 43-31.  Jenna Paul finished with 11 points and six rebounds for Toms River North. Amanda Johnson had six points, four assists, and five steals. Lindsay Cabey grabbed six rebounds.

Lauren Cruse led Southern with eight points.
