GALLOWAY, NJ - Stockton University will be hosting an Irish cultural event in just a few weeks. The musical Byrne Family Band hails from Donegal in Ireland and they are Ulster Champion Irish Dancers, traditional musicians, singers, surfers and above all... fun!  Share in the evening’s entertainment as young brothers Luca, Finn and Dempsey Byrne perform with their dad at the Stockton Performing Arts Center on Friday, March 24.

Show time is 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $32 and may be ordered online stockton.edu/pac or by calling the Box Office at (609) 652-9000.  The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 90 minutes before the performance.  For group sales, call (609) 652-4786.

The Byrne brothers started doing traditional Irish shows with their show director dad, Tommy, when each of them was 2 years of age but now they are going from strength to strength with their own unique show. Onstage is Luca, 12, on button accordion, Finn, 10, on banjo and mandolin, Dempsey, 6, on fiddle and bodhran (an Irish drum), and their father on Uilleann pipes, bagpipes, whistles, fiddle and guitar. And they all dance!
