HOWELL, NJ -  The Southern Regional Ice Hockey team won a big Shore Conference game against Jackson Memorial on Friday by a score of 4-3.   Jack Conrad scored 3 of the goals and Paul Keyes had the other for the Rams.  Ray Luedtke and Keyes each had two assists for the Rams.  Matt Flynn had an assist for Southern.

"After a disappointing loss Wednesday to Monroe the boys knew how much this game meant," said Southern Head Coach Matt Hayes.  "Not only did it mean an awful lot for us in A South but it meant a lot for our seeding in regards to the Public A tourney."

Hayes continued, "The boys righted the ship for now but it's all going to come down to how much they want it. I can assure you the coaching staff has a lot of faith in all of our boys and expect big things. Our focus is clinching A South in the next 3 divisional games building for a run in the Shore Conference Tourney and ultimately making a run in the Public A playoffs."
