Manahawkin Lake and Bayview Park Concerts Lead Monday July 16 Entertainment in Stafford and on Long Beach Island

LONG BEACH ISLAND –  It is Monday and the Stafford Historical Society in Manahawkin hosts a weekly summer concert at the Manahawkin Lake Park.  The Lovelight Band,  is performing at 7 p.m. Donations are accepted to assist the Historical Society. The Lovelight Band is known for recreating the timeless sound of the Grateful Dead and capturing the beauty and spirituality of their live performances.

At Bayview Park at 7 p.m. The Double Negatives are performing.  It is also the Coquina Jam Surf Contest Selection Night  sponsored by Jetty will also take place at the park.  

Jetty's 10th Annual Coquina Jam female surf competition will be held at 68 Street beach in Brant Beach on Sunday, July 29. The focus of the Coquina Jam is to raise money for females battling a cancer diagnosis through a fun, yet competitive female surf competition!  All proceeds go to David's Dream and Believe Cancer Foundation who will forward the support to a female cancer patient.
