Manna, Bass, Himmelreich and Mastandrea Lead Southern Girls Softball to Opening Day Win Over Henry Hudson 13-8

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ -  Southern's Sarah Manna was 4 for 5, Taylor Bass and Keeley Himmelreich each were 3 for 5 and Sophia Mastandrea was 2 for 4.  Manna and Mastandrea each had three runs batted in for the Rams.  

Tatiyana Ford came in to pitch in the fourth and completed the game on the mound for the Rams.  Southern took the lead in the sixth with a 10 run scoring outburst.  Ford recorded her first career victory for Southern.  

Henry Hudson was led by Julia Forsyth who went 1-for-3 with three RBI.  Zoey Hagan went 4-for-4 with a double, a home run, and two RBI for Henry Hudson. Emma Curry went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in the loss
