New and Improved Ocean Acres Lake Park Now Open for Residents

STAFFORD — On Friday June 1, Stafford residents and a number of government officials gathered to mark the grand opening of the Ocean Acres Lake Park with the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

The residents gathered with their children to celebrate and enjoy the new playground equipment provided by the Township. The park has a number of new improvements. There is a new paved walking path, improved barbecue picnic area and the park has been freshly landscaped.  

Mayor John Spodofora and a number of Council members invited Julia Romo, 5 years old to participate and cut the ribbon. 

The Mayor and Council members expressed their appreciation of the hard work put forth by Stafford Public Works and Buildings and Grounds employees for completing the work on the project.
